Terms & Conditions

1. Cover Charge
A cover charge of £1 per person will be added to the final bill.

2. Private Dining Room Bookings
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 3 days prior to the reservation date.

3. Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit will be non-refundable.

4. Group Booking Cancellation Policy
4.1 For groups of 10 guests and above: minimum 7 days' notice required
4.2 For groups of 25 guests and above: minimum 14 days' notice required
4.3 For exclusive hire: minimum 1 month's notice required
4.4 If cancelled within the notice period or in case of a no-show, the deposit will be non-refundable. For private dining bookings, the full minimum spend will be charged.

5. Amendments to Guest Numbers
Any reduction in the number of guests must be communicated at least 3 days prior to the reservation date. Failure to do so will result in the agreed minimum spend or set menu being charged based on the original confirmed number of guests.

6. Minimum Spend Policy (Main Dining)
From 1st October onwards, a minimum spend of £40 per person on food is required for bookings of 7 guests or more.

7. Dress Code
Smart casual dress code applies (no shorts or flip flops).

8. Pets Policy
No dogs are allowed in the restaurant at any time.

9. External Cake Policy
Guests may bring their own celebratory cakes. A £25 cakeage fee applies for bookings up to 8 guests. For groups of 9 guests or more, a charge of £3 per person will apply.

10. Kitchen Timings
Please note that the last booking for lunch is 2:30pm and last orders for the kitchen is 2:45pm and the last booking for dinner is 9:45pm and last orders for the kitchen is 10:00pm.

11. Deposit Terms
Once a deposit is paid, the booking is subject to these terms and conditions. The party agrees to adhere to Colonel Saab's booking policies, even if a signed contract has not been returned.

12. Deposit Adjustment / Refund
The deposit will be deducted from the final bill or forfeited in case of a no-show or late cancellation as per policy. If you would prefer the deposit to be refunded instead of adjusted, please inform us at the time of reservation or before the final bill is issued.
